New Article Submission System and Section Added

Hello All,

I am happy to announce that the new article system is up and running!

It can be accessed by clicking "Articles" on the main menu header. This moves us forward in completing the overall framework of APUG. The discussion forums have been a huge part of this site, and it has also been my intent to create a solid archive of traditional photography articles. APUG members using this new system can now help to create this important archive. I would like to encourage everyone to submit an article or articles at some stage. Don't worry about your writing skills, what is important is the sharing of traditional photographic knowledge.

I am in the process of migrating the past apug articles to the new system. If anyone has problems submitting articles you can email the content and we can submit it for you.

Thanks for all the effort you put forth to help make this the most dynamic photography site going. It will be a great addition to be able to post articles. I look forward to contributing an article on getting started in LF on a very limited budget. I can't wait to see the information others provide.

A couple of weeks ago I telephoned a supplier of photographic materials and while we were talking I mentioned APUG; this led him to visit the site while we conversed and the result was that he "signed up" as he liked the look of the forum. You must take credit for this type of comment which you must have read time and time again. Without your efforts and vision AGUG would be all the poorer. TAKE A BOW and a personal thanks from me.
