Good morning guys. I'm not too active on this forum but more so on APUG. I've got a picture of my grandmother I need to have restored. For someone who knows what they are doing, it would be about 5 minutes. It's only about 15 years old so the only issue is it's a scanned image and I'd like it to not look like one. Any takers?
