Ok,
So I've learned a few things about buying enlargers from non photographer types...
I asked the guy I bought this enlarger from to please break down the enlarger for shipping. Well he did more than just take the enlarger off the baseboard. I got two boxes of loose parts, and a zip lock back of nuts and bolts.
I believe I have it together pretty good, just having trouble figuring out a few final touches. I have the long shaft with the two snap rings holding the enlarger to the chassis, but how does it remain upright? There is a lever that locks it into wall projection mode, but I don't see how it stays put and at the proper angle with regular baseboard enlargement. See attachment 1 for how it looks right now.
Also wondering what the "T" shaped doo dad is on the chassis. See photo 2
And finally, I ended up removing the item pictured in attachment 3 from the chassis, as I believe it is for mounting an aftermarket light source to the enlarger. can anyone confirm?
I downloaded a manual (thanks fo the tip BW Girl) but haven't printed it out yet. Thanks.
Brian
