Hello all,

I am looking for a low-cost inkjet neg and regular printing solution and need advice on the compatibility of MIS inks with digital negative media.

I use an Epson C88+ at the moment, and in the past I've used Pictorico OHP with the regular Epson OEM inks with good success. However, my experience using Pictorico OHP and the MIS Eboni black ink was not good -- I found that the negatives dried inconsistently and looked grainy or clumpy.

I'm about to buy both bulk ink (to refill cartridges) and some OHP material, but I'm not committed to Pictorico -- on the contrary, it's impossible to get here and since I have to order from the USA anyway, it might as well be any brand (cheaper is better too). I would ideally like to get material that works well with, say, the MISPRO colour inks (so I can bulk-load them into my printer for both general printing and digital negatives).

Any tips, or better, first-hand successful experiences using MIS inks with digital negative OHP material?

Thanks
Jordan
