Also included is a Really Right Stuff (BD2-L) Arca-Swiss-compatible L-bracket for the camera.

A Nikon USA camera body purchased new from B&H Photo. (The camera was $5,500, the MH-22 charger was $300, and the RRS L-bracket was $160.)
