I made a post not too long ago about how I was only getting 10 shots out of my Mamiya 7 when using the Panoramic adapter and 36 frame 35mm film. Upon reflection however, I don't think the problem lies with the adapter at all, I think the camera isn't recognizing the increased length of the film. I've noticed on the back of the camera that when the film plate is rotated from 120 to 220/135 a small piece of metal is shifted over, and makes contact with another piece of metal in the camera body. I'm not sure if there is a mechanical problem with my Mamiya 7, everything else seems to work great. These have just been my observations, has anyone else ever experienced the same with their cameras?
