Letter from Ilford Photo Harman Technology

I think I may be primarily addressing this to those who went to the Ilford tour in June? I cannot think how else Ilford would have my details.

Have any of you received a lvery nice letter from Ilford today? This one is from the U.S. addresssed to photo educators & students. It introduces the U.S Harman employees and gives details of the 3 promotions, one of which is buy a specially marked promo box of a 100 sheets of multigrade rc( size unspecified) and get 3 HP5+ 36 frame 35mm cassettes. The boxes in question will feature a ? on the front

Very nice too but as the letter emanates from the U.S. is this a solely U.S. promo?

Did we give our schools attended? Mine has it on my address.

I could have rung the Syracuse number but my curiosity doesn't extend that far to spending money on a transatlantic call. There isn't an e-mail address.

Unless any of you have gleaned more info than I have, I might just have to remain curious. Maybe Simon can tell us more, if he reads this post

I did a quick google and came up with Wynit who is the official wholesale supply place for Ilford in the USA, They are located in Syracuse New York. If this is the same, you can look up Wynit on the web.

I got a message this morning from them, I just put on my ignore list as I have never subscribed to their mailings...and I really have no intrest in receiving email from companies that I don't subscribe to..just don't have time for it.
