Hi all,
I confirmed yesterday with the Kodak rep where I work that Kodak has dropped KRST in the one gallon size. It is still available in quarts but, if you were used to the larger size, buying the equivalent amount in quarts represents approximately a 40% increase in price (assuming Kodak's retail price on both items). I asked the rep, "where can I direct a complaint about this?" and he suggested calling the KIC call center. So... if you are in the USA and use KRST it would be a free call to 1-800-242-2424 x19 to tell big yellow that the world needs 1 gallon size KRST. I know many of you are cynical about Kodak but this is (has been) the best and most economical source of a critical component in the working practice of serious FB/GSP workers.
