Working on a budget, I wanted to ask here first if anyone might have or know someone who has a copy of Kodak's 8x10 Master View Camera Manual? If so, could or would someone be willing to either scan and email or copy and send this to me? I will be more than happy to pay copy/postage costs as it's bound to be much cheaper than the going rates on fleebay!!!.
Free PDFs of the untitled owners manual / instruction brochure and the Parts List are available on a webpage: http://masterview.net/manuals.html
The Parts List is just that: exploded parts diagrams and lists. The title "repair manual" used by some sellers is not accurate. The Parts List is still useful, e.g., the exploded parts diagram can help you put a camera back together, or the parts list can help you figure out what screw to buy to replace a missing screw.
Whoever has posted the PDFs (link above) also sells several replacement parts.
Michael...I have searched all over the net for something like this and gave up (thus my posting here). This is perfect! Thank you for sharing the link and information.
Greg, you might want to put your name on your site, or make it more visible. I would have credited you, but I didn't see any person's name on the website. And thanks for posting the manuals!
That is my website. I recieved both manuals from a VP at Kodak with permission to make them available as pdf's. I bought a copy from ebay, but the pictures were almost pure black. My scans are from original copies and should be easy to read.
