Hello all, I've had this not-quite-working Kodak Junior II on my desk for around a month now.
I'm soon making a trip to the fabric shop for supplies to rebuild the bellows, but I've run into a different problem.
The shutter runs slow, and the focus is extremely stiff, so I undid the retaining ring, and took off the shutter from the bellows to clean it.

But, I can't locate a single screw or potential method of access, nor can I locate much information about this shutter, or a service manual.

Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!
Here are some pictures of the shutter in question, the back element can be unscrewed but it offers no additional access...

Probably need to get the front lens group off. Should unscrew, standard counterclockwise. That little tit below the D in Kodak may be screwed in and be a set screw of some type? Not certain. If the front element does focus by rotation, that tit could need to come out and then unscrew the element fully. Real pain, trying to grab it with needle nose pliers or such without chewing it to pieces. Take notes on original position before disassembly for reassembly; multiple thread starting points means

Some of these old Kodak shutters have the lens group pretty thoroughly stuck in. Not sure how much is from the factory and how much is from corrosion over time, but it can be a real pain to get them off and sometimes it's just not going to happen.

I tried pulling it quite harshly, but it didnt budge. But thank you for the advice.

Looking very closely, I'm not sure how I missed it, but there seems to be screwholes on the lens?

You can see a better example on the picture the camera wiki has, zooming in between the 5 and 6 focus marker

On my example, they seem completely mangled, however.

Stripped screws with the previous owner? I'm assuming if you could unscrew this, there would probably be a ring of some kind beneath it, that could release the other elements.

Although how to then reach the shutter I'm not sure...

I tried gently testing how bad the stripping was, but it didn't really budge, and I didn't push it further, lest I make it worse.

I'm guessing I'll have to drill these out if I can't unscrew it.

Set the focus to infinity. Then you have to remove the front face focus indicator dial by releasing the set screw(s). Then pull it off without moving the focus position. Mark the front lens cell position so you know if it is somewhat correct when you put the front lens cell back on. Unscrew the front lens cell. Now you may find whatever it is that is holding front face plate on. Under that is the internals of the shutter.
