Anyone been able to contact / order any Stouffer products recently? I have attempted to order step wedge products through the email addresses listed on their web page, but can't seem to get any responses from them.

I ordered step wedges from them last week over the phone and used them this weekend

the address of Stouffer in your mail is wrong. Here's the right email address from Donna Bittner [dbittner@stouffer.net].

Ok, my bad typing of the address. I usually cut and paste, but I guess I must have manually typed it (incorrectly!).

Stouffer is not dead.

I'll revive this thread as I have a similar question. I mailed Donna (at the correct address) a couple of weeks ago, asking if they shipped overseas. A few days later I got a positive reply, placed an order for three wedges and since then I haven't heard anything. Dead silent. Anyone have a clue?

I emailed them last summer with a question, and it did take a while to get a reply. Perhaps they do not place email as a high priority?
