I left a roll of Ektachrome E100 in the freeze and it got frozen and stuck in the ice. I defrost it and get it out. But the leader of the film appears wet. Do you think the film is OK to use?

When the film is dry and completely at room temperature you can safely use it.

Was the film in the plastic canister?

As mentioned as long as water isn't inside the film cassette, dry and moving freely it would be worth a try.

Ektachrome on the rocks. Best served extra dry.

It was in the plastic canister but I found it's a bit wet. As I pulled the film out from the cassette I feel a lot of resitance and I feel the emusion side is sticky. I throwed away the film as I don't want it to damage my camera. Thank you for your response.
