Is HCA reusable after dilution?

Is Kodak's HCA a one-shot use solution after it has been diluted 1:4? I've never used it and will be using it to clear my Pd prints. And I threw away the bag after I made it the other night.

You might save and reuse the last tray, usually the first and second bath will have too much iron to be worth while to save, you will be able to see the yellowing of the solution. IMO this is being penny wise and pound foolish. Just wait until you have enough negatives to print to maximize the use of the HCA.

Thanks Jorge! At the moment, I'm a bit behind in printing (was sick last week) and have to get to doing it, so I hope to maximize the HCA.

Diane, Kodak HCA is a mixture of Sodium Sulfite (20-25 grams/liter) and Sodium Bisulfite (about 5 grams/liter). If you have hard water problems you can add 5grams of sodium hexametaphosphate to the mixture.
