This is presumably a question for Ian Grant: What is the "right" Ilford ID-3 formula ?
I looked at
-- Ilford book of formulae (various editions)
-- Jakobson & Jakobson, Developing, 18th ed., p. 173
-- Photographer's Formulary sheet for ID3
-- the internet
none of these sources give the same formula.
It's not only a matter of concentration (ID-3 can be made as a single or a divided solution), but a matter of proportions.
