How to tell a B9180 it's not jammed?

Anyone had the issue where the media tray says it's jammed when it's really clear? The main tray feeds great and the media tray media tray loads fine but when printing I get the dialog box that says to clear the jam and press ok. Thing is, the media feeds back through fine, even without clearing the 'jam' first. It was working great until today...This is w/ pictorico OHP btw.

Just hung up with tech support; it's a hardware issue apparently- so I guess the moral of this one is not to waste a lot of ink running alignment routines. I must say I'm impressed with HP tech support, they volunteered sending out a new printer with a refreshing lack of threat and intimidation, and I don't even have to send mine in first.

Well....
It's working again.

I hope no one lets my little episode put them off getting this printer, it's really quite excellent; but still this is very strange!
