Hello World and Apug.

This is my frist, actually second post.. posted a Question about an 11x14 enlarger in the ULF-forum, before i saw this.

At the moment im using 4x5, but seeking advice to step up in negative size.
11x14 or 8x10 havent decided yet.

I was planing to shoot staged worlds and landscapes, im going to build a scale model of the Hindenburg zeppelin air-ship. And build up a world after it.

Portraits in enviroments that does not exist and some that exist, and so on. its going to very staged and film inspired. Landscapes, and so on.


mostly going to be in black and white, maybe some color, if i go with 11x14 i will get a reducing back due to the high film cost of color 11x14.

And I want to be able to make the prints large. Therefore im thinking of 11x14 to be able to make the large prints more detailed. Im not going to do the printing at home, but i want to be able to do em really large.

In Sweden we would say Duved is remote, 900 kilometers from gothenburg, 650 from stockholm. It is amongst the mountains near a ski resort called Åre. But in the summers there are alot of hiking going on there.

I have actually never been that far north in sweden

Its going to be Alot of really nice landscapes, im sure there are lakes and streams everywhere. There are alot of small lakes here.

Check www.Duved.nu nothing in english im afraid, but you can find some pictures and stuff. Didnt have that much information either, most sections where under construction. but had links to some lodges, and hotels.

www.duved.com is a lodge renter and have an english section, im sure this isnt the only lodges around there, alot of ppl go there during winters and summer so the place is probably packed with hotels, lodges and so on.


Im sure your time there is going to be great.
