I have a 203FE and need to know if I need a "FE" winder, or will a winder for the following work with my system? CW CXI 503CW 503CXI

The FE has an EV bracket mode, 0, +1, -1, +2, -2 etc until the film is gone. This can be adjusted to fractional stops as well. I have to assume if the winder mates to the camera then it's going to advance the film. The 203FE is a "V" system, not "H". The bracket mode works without the winder, but per the manual is more convenient with a winder.

You'll need the FE winder, or "Winder F" as it is formally called.

There are two versions that look identical. You need the one that has two short blue stripes on the side.

The CW winder can be used also but you'll need to modify the FE for it to work. Someguy on flickr shows his adapted body and the steps he took to do it.
