Hasselblad Planar T* 80mm f/2.8 CB in Like New condition. Serial number 8122592.

I got this with a 501CM as new old stock. I don't have use for two 80mm lenses, so I'm selling this.

$500 plus shipping.

The CB lens has the barrel of the later CFi lenses.

And the CB 80 mm also has a more "B"asic, "B"udget design optics inside that barrel.

As Q.G. indicates it is the kit lens Hasselblad marketed for a while in the late 90's. I think it was a marketing mistake for Hasselblad, but it is still a fine lens. I was a bit skeptical, but I have shot a few rolls with it, and I find no issues. The main difference is there are 5 elements instead of 6 in the 80mm and the lens is missing the F mode for the focal plane bodies. It is said you should use the B for this, but I have never tried it.

I think the CB version of the 60mm is optically identical to the CF.
