Thanks for the information. I called there today and purchased some parts for my GA645Zi.
I must say that some of the departments there did not know what they were doing. For example, the first person I spoke to in parts told me that they no longer had any parts for the GA645zi, which I found bizarre since this camera was available new until just a year or so ago. Eventually I got through to a fellow named Bob in repair who set all of this right. By the way, Bob's extension is 3239.

It is a sign of the times, I always find myself repeatedly asking for "professional services" on the phone.
My understanding from a phone call last year to Fuji in NJ is that there is five years left to run on parts and service for the GW 3 series. However, I've also heard from friends that GW and GSW690 3's are being sold new off the shelf in Japan and Hong Kong.
what do you need? I have a new top plate for a GW or GSW III if you want that I'd let go for less than I paid for it.

I think Fuji itself is confused because the company has made so many different 645 rangefinders over the years.
AFAIK, it is the Fuji folders for which parts and service are no longer available from Fuji. I've never heard of anyone having an issue getting service on the later cameras.
