There will be a series of Alternative Process photo events at Glen Echo Photoworks outside Washington DC as part of FotoWeekDC 2011, November 5-13.

Sunday, November 6 will feature a day-long show-and-tell of a wide range of alternative processes from Cyanotype to Lith printing, wet plate collodion and Van Dyke Brown. During the week, Barbara Maloney, Scott Davis and George Smyth will be conducting process demos for Cyanotype, Platinum/Palladium and Bromoil. The Sunday event is free; the weeknight demos range in price from $40 to $150.
