For sale:
CAMBO 4x5 monorail. I have too many Cambos around the studio and this one was not being used and taking up shelf space. What you see, is what Im selling. Everything is in working order everything is aligned, nothing bent or otherwise damaged. The rear and front standard are interchangeable; you can put the film holder on the other standard if you flip the standard. The standards ride on a 17½inch long, 1in sq rail. The tripod attachment that holds the rail to the tripod is there. As can be seen in the photos, the 4x5 gg has corner markings (felt pen) for view a 2¼x2¾ image. The film holder can be in the horizontal position or the vertical; just remove it from the standard and and flip the film holder. Each standard has two knobs at the height of the rail. Turning one knob, using friction against the rail, you can move the standard to any position on the rail. The other knob allows you to lock the standard against the rail. Everything locks down very easily and tightly. Each standard has ample rise and fall, ample lateral shift , and tilt in each direction. You are only limited by the length of the bellows if you want to turn it into a figure 8. I should mention that one of the upright posts (see pic) is missing the little cap on the top.
A bellows and lens holder a readily available, here on various internet venues.
$100 + postage.
Shipping is from Canada. Tell me where you live and Ill get you a postage quote. If you have questions, just ask.
