I was looking into the leaflet of Hasselblad 501 CM... and noticed that their film magazine still have a white/red dot on the right side to match the shutter being cocked or not and a knob in the body near the lensring to synchronise lens and body. Compared to that my Bronica EC is so modern and easy to use. You take the lens or magazine off at any time. Shutter cocked or not, does not matter.

actually, I think you can take the magazine off whether the shutter is cocked or not. But it was drilled into me that Hassies like being cocked, so I instinctively recock my shutter as soon as I fire it and it is always in the cocked position. But you might have problems if one is cocked and the other not. I've never tried that.

You don't need to cock the winder. The red dot is just an indication. The problem is that if you don't sychronise the two winders (back/body-lens) then you might miss a frame.

The backs are one thing that Bronica really got right on the S2/S2a/EC cameras. You can't miss a frame, and except for very early 12-frame backs, they are switchable between 120 and 220. You also can't fire the shutter with the darkslide in. Double exposure is by the same mechanism as Hassy--remove the back, wind, replace back, and shoot.
