1) How do I open the back? I think it's an older back with only one button on the side. It sure doesn't seem to want to open. Hard to load film to test the body this way.

2) How do I mount the hood? Only way I can get it on is at an angle to what it should be. The normal hood for the 75mm.

3) The pro hood I got came with a 58mm attachment. Can I just pickup a 62mm attachment for it?

Try this place for etr stuff
http://www.gassers.com/

and Samy's Camera has been clearing out their Bronica stuff and may still have some odds and ends.

A 62 ring will let you mount the pro-hood to the lenses.

The regular shade should go on at an angle, then turn to line up the mark with center of lens...I think you have to hold in the small button for this..

Looks like the hood ends up upside down when it's on! Or at least the writing is upside down.

I had the manual printed out. But it was printed B&W and the arrows are supposed to be red. End up in the print out being the same shade the back is. So when the manual talks about squeezing in the direction of the arrows I was even more confused-)

A Cokin 'P' series adapter ring will work with the pro hood. Its a little thin, but this is easily overcome by gluing a circle of thin black card to the pro hood, to shim it out a little. Of course, the Cokin adapters are very widely available.

Thanks. That'll be much easier to find. Too bad the local sellers want so much. One more thing to mail order.

Riddle me this.

On the mounting ring that came with the shade is written 58mm in big type. In smaller type on the side is written 62mm-58mm. So I figured it was a 58mm ring. Nope it's 62mm!.
