Dinner with Micheal Blansky

Met Micheal and his lovely wife last night for dinner here in Calgary. We had a great time sitting at an outdoor patio restaurant sipping Canadian beer and eating Irish food.

The discussion ranged from hockey to scuba diving, back to hockey then to photography, back to hockey, off to travel and then back to hockey.

Just wanted to thank Micheal and Susan once again for everything and the lovely visit.

Thanks Eric, we had a blast in Calgary. The next day we went to my home town of Red Deer and I drove around and kept bored my wife by saying about a hundred times that it sure has changed.

Then went north to visit my old grey haired mother who just turned 84. Then back to Red Deer and the next day on to Banff in the Rockies.

What a cool trip in 4 days.

Eric was a lot of fun and he even gave me a Calgary Flames flag to attach to my car so that when I drive in San Jose I can get shot at by Shark fans. Hmmm.
