Dick reports that FOCAL press has decided to let his book (2nd edition) go out of print.

If you don't already have a copy, get them while they are still available.

Get it while it is still available at a reasonable price. Once out of print the used books will go for well over $100.

Guess that settles that purchase decision. I've been on the fence about it but I would hate to miss the resource.
