Does anyone have a developement time for the new Rollei Infrared 400 film developed in D-76? Just got some of this film in 120 and want to try it out.

No idea. I have a couple of rolls to try out too.

However, if it is the same film as Maco put out last year (an ISO 400 IR film), I could give you the development times I used for that, though it was 35 mm. Let me know if you want to try it. I am planning to try it with one of my rolls of 120. The other roll I may develop in Pyrocat-HD.

Hi Diane ,

What was your developement time for D76? The 120 can't be that much different.
Time? Temperature? Small or Large tank?

Jamie,
my development was as follows:

1 min. water prewash, 2 changes of water (1 dark blue, 1 light blue)
11 min. D76 stock (10 sec. agitation every 30 sec)
30 sec. water stop
3 min fix.
final water washes: 5 inversions, dump, 10 inversions, dump, 20 inversions.

This was in a Patterson or similar tank (2 rolls of 35 mm or 1 roll of 120 capacity).

Temperature: room temperature

I developed these films last April. It was an evaluation roll that I had bought and I still have the scans in my gallery here, though I was going to take them down soon. It won't be this weekend.

Thanks Diane ,

I will write this down as a starting point. I need to test this film in but in Iowa right now its not a good time for IR pictures, pretty gray no green vegatation. When I get it tested in I will let you know the results.
