So i developed a 120 roll of Trix as I normally would, but this time when it was hanging to dry, it was going fine and then all of the sudden I look and it is tubed up like crazy, almost ends touching each other ( horizontally ). I put clips on the bottom of the film and it still happened. What caused this? Words cannot express my anger right now.

The emulation side dried slower then the non-emulation side so you get a curl, This is normal in my experience, leave it alone it flattens out.

Most modern films have an anti-curl layer built in. If your film is still curling though, wait until just after it dries, sleeve it and stick it under a dictionary. That will keep it very flat :D

I find film and paper curls much more in low humidity. If I hang my film or prints in a well-dampened shower cabinet, and close the door, letting it dry slowly, usually things come out quite flat. Might take 12 hours for film or 36+ hrs for FB prints [hung back-to-back].

I find that Efke films have an unbelievable curl. I dry them with a weighted clip at the bottom of the filmstrip, they still have a curl. After cutting and sleeving, I place the strips in a heavy book and leave them for a few days. They still have somewhat of a curl, but it is a bit more manageable.

They are pretty heavy clips, 2 of them. But yeah, I should have weighted them more. Whatever, its all good now. So is it the low humidity and the film drying too fast that causes the curling and tubing?

low humidity will make it curl, try drying it after you run a shower for 15 mins, should help.
