Copal shutter CLA in Ireland/UK ??

Can anyone recommend a technican that will calibrate/CLA a copal #3 shutter in the UK or Ireland. Someone that can turn this job around in a week or less would be ideal.

They repair/calibrate most photo-mechanical, are quick and not expensive
