This is a film tested Contax IIIa with Zeiss-Opton Sonnar 50/2. I used this as recently as 3 weeks ago. Sample pics from this are attached. Serial #Y54641 puts this as a 1951 body. Body is clean with 4 "Zeiss bumps" on back. As expected, meter is dead. Infinity lock on focusing wheel has been disabled (I like this).Infinity lock on body functions manually. Glass looks clean and clear to my eye. Filter threads on lens show minor damage, but filters/hood should still be able to install. Comes with generic lens cap. VF/RF is clean with good contrast. There is a service sticker in the film chamber, but date is unknown. I have not tried the self timer. This is a good looking IIIa and ready for use. $175 shipped to US address.
