Canon FD Parts?

I bought an A-1 recently and a motor drive, I love them both but unfortunately the guy that sold them to me didn't have the screw on cover for the camera's winding mechanism.

Any idea where I could find one of these?

Andrew, I bought an A1 with the same problem - no cover. Call some of the used camera dealers on Ebay. A goodone I use is Woodmerecamera.com. He does repairs (light) so he can sell them so he might have some parts.

I bought my AE1 from him and it works great. I bought an A1 at a consignment store and it does not focus right. Every picture is blurry? It's not me because I took same picture with AE1 and no probs. Any ideas why? Prism problems? Cost to fix?

sounds like a mirror or focus screen problem.
put a ground glass from a 6x6, or even wax/transfer paper where the film should go, lock the shutter on bulb, and check your infinity focus. if it's off, it's CLA time.
