I love the imagery. Any idea of the camera techniques? I can see evidence of wide angle distortions at the edge of some frames.

I can find no info on camera technique. I agree that the wide angle distortion is there. I did find that these prints are Lightjet from scanned images on Fuji Crystal. It is essentially the same technique that David Fokos uses. As far as the printed image, that is. He certainally has a good eye.

found another link from a show at the Afterimage Gallery in Dallas, TX from 1999. I saw this show and it was pretty impressive.

The other thing is he does use a view camera and film. At least he did.

Gawd, that looks like an etching from some hundred year old book! Beautiful! Must be nice to have vistas like that to play with, the skyscrapers in Atlanta are nowhere near as inspiring.

Amazing photos - the originals are shot on the 6x17 format, but don't know which camera!

Thanks Lee. I happened upon this site by chance some months ago, did not make any note of it and subsequently "lost" it. I also thought the images of great impact and inspirational. Now that it has been made to re-appear I shall view it from time to time!
