For those who love Autochromes, I saw some beauts today at the TPHS trade show. The largest was 5x7 inches (approximately) and was simply beautiful.

I saw boxes of them and my wife and I had a good look at some beautiful old photographs going back over 100 years.

I couldn't resist it. I bought a box of 8 autochromes (processed) in their original box.

That glow they have is really super, but the grain is quite large as well. You can see it with the naked eye, even with my bad eyes.

Best of all, I ran into Grant Haist and his wife, and we had a nice conversation about old times.
