Looks good to me. I would increase the contrast and then review overall color once again. A simple click of the black eyedropper from the curve layer on a black spot in many cases will help clean both up, contrast and color cast.

[h=3]Trail Images, Thank you very much! A lot of these things are a bit to complex for me, unfortunately! I have had the honor of trying to use LR4 with what I feel decent results, however, I am still at a loss when attempting to do so! I had actually attempted to use FILM presets, however, the results were hideous in my opinion! I also noticed that it seems to be a bit on the unsharp side, and I had wondered if it had something to do with the filter I used, this or the fact that I used my trucks door as a tripod! ? Thanks again, for the view, and suggestions! Happy photography! -Americo J.Rodriguez[/h]

Americo, I think I understand where you're at in the learning curve. Overall, there is never an end to learning photography. The one thing I will say is there are many challenges to it and one must not get discouraged. We have all been at various points that seem very tough, but with a small breather we find our way around it.
One way to learn is by viewing others work and learning their processes. It does not hurt to emulate what you see and learn, but at some point you will find your own style and move towards that more and more over time.
Where I learned most of my post processing was by posting images and commenting on others work. Just a thought on the learning path long term........good luck!...

I realize you're just figuring out how to deal with color neg, but APUG isn't really the place to discuss what kind of digital manipulation you need to print digitally or get the right color balance. There are many people who work this way here, but they understand that it's off topic, so even if they have an answer for you, they aren't likely to offer it on APUG. I'd recommend continuing on DPUG.org or one of the many other digital photography sites out there.
