"ADOX CHM is a modern panchromatic film with handling and developing similar to HP5."

Adox says that their chm 400 is similiar to Ilford HP5 (and I believe they come from the same factory where Ilford is manufactured?). They don't give developing times to Adox chm 400 because HP5 times are known "everywhere". Ok, my question is; are we talking about similiar film as HP5 or HP5+??? I can't find any dev.data to HP5 films and hasn't Ilford discontinued manufacturing HP5 over a decade ago?

So, is Adox chm 400 similiar to HP5 or HP5+? If HP5, where can I find that developing data?

CHM 400 is HP5+, when you develop the film you will see that it is in fact original Ilford. It is simply packed in Adox canisters and packaging.

...oh.... How can I see that? I have developed few chm 400 rolls and the only text I can find from those films are "adox chm400" and frame numbers...

if ilford stopped making hp5 a decade ago, and Adox CHM 400 is the repackaged HP film that Ilford make, it is HP5 + because Ilford dont make HP5 anymore .... surely?

All my times for HP5+ work perfectly for CHM400, so I assume that is what it is.

Yes, exactly. Still, all "official" sources says that it is HP5 without the "+"... And yes, the HP5+ times work just great. I'm trying to solve this mystery, because in my country (Finland) not so many have tried this film and this is a thing that allways comes into conversation; is it HP5 as official info says or is it HP5+... Well, with or without "+", excellent film!

The typo in the description has been fixed now to read HP5+.
