Adding Flash Sync to Betax #4 Shutter?

I have a T-R Triple Convertible in a Betax #4 shutter that I would like to add flash sync to but I'm having trouble finding someone to do the work. I talked to Adam over at S.K. Grimes but I guess since Steve passed away, they no longer do the flash sync modification. Any suggestions on someone that might be able to do the job or can at least tell me if it's feasible?
