The first photo is echinacea?

Not sure C. Zoology major at school. It was not until the Peace Corps that I realized what a great blunder I had made by not studying some Botany. Plants are amazing creatures.
Before I die, I’d like to do a collection of tree portraits…. Ultra-wide angle lens, in the context of their forest ecosystems…. Formal style.
Gentle giants. And the flowers…, generosity, beauty and grace.
My first attempt at photographing them was awful. This time was slightly better. Practice makes better.
