Hi, I recently found this forum, it's like a breath of fresh air !

As I read through the threads, sensible, common-sense advice can be found answering every query. There seems to be photographers of every level of experience and every "level" of equipment. Also a refreshing lack of equipment-snobbery too.

I started with a Practica, went through OM10's, various EOS, but have now "gone retro" with an OM1 and OM2SP, I love using these cameras. I still have the EOS30E which is also a pleasure to use but in a different way. If I only had to have one camera it would be my OM1.

I love shooting B&W and will start to dev film soon (and print when space allows) and also like using slide film, occasionally using K64.

Welcome from a bit further South.
I am waiting for a roll of K64 to be returned from Switzerland, never used it before.
In the dim and distant past I used Agfa slide film (18 or 21 DIN ) Now that dates me !

Started with a Praktica MTL3 - my 21st birthday present, wonderful camera.

Hello from (not quite so sunny) West Yorkshire - although I'm originally from Manchester, and, yes I am a proud Lancastrian when the Roses matches are on!!!

Euan (about to move to the far north - Morayshire, Scotland to be precise)
