Me, I love the patina of age. 40 years ago we were restoring / repainting everything. Not now. My collection
of vintage Fords tend to stay in the condition I bought them in.

This 100 year old lens has lovely glass, and the Studio Shutter works like a Studio Shutter. They are primitive to say the
least. Me, I use a Packard, but this shutter is capable of about 1/5th second. It opens and closes as fast as you can do it.

These 9" early long-ish barrel lenses were intended for 5X7, half plate, and 4X5. People say they will cover more, but my experience is "nope."

I'm hoping the old girl can still fetch $385 plus $13 bucks for the post man. That's cheaper than all the nutso prices at the auction place.
