20w Ikea lights bright enough?

I see Ikea has 20w halogen track lighting at reasonable prices. Was wondering if 20w of light would be bright enough to light a bw print? Ceiling is about 9.5ft.

Jon, That's what I'm using. 5 lights on a 15 foot wall of pictures. It rocks. jg

As light varies with the square of the distance , don`t have the lights too far away from the prints or else the lights may be too dim to be effective. Cheers BarrieB.
