Perhaps I might weaken and but the variable length extension tube and the 135mm for the heck of it. So much available money and nothing to spend it on. Oh me, oh my, such troubles.
+1
Other than myself, who else here has never made a mistake.
Oh, once I thought that I had misjudged something but in the end it turn out that I had been right all along.
For starters:
Kodachrome is too complex, hard to develop, and very obsolete
Both HIE and Ektachrome IR were financed by the Defense Department as a National Treasure to that it would be available for the Intelligence Community.
I considered the 120mm and the 135mm but I just do not do enough close up work. I barely use the 150mm other than to flatten prints because I rarely do portraits so no 180mm although I did think about it. The 30mm and the 500mm were offered at a price I could not refuse.

The camera is way behind where it should be for its age, so you better get to work to restore it usage to where it should be. If you have any problems check with us and if necessary have it serviced. Then buy a lot of film and get to work taking photographs. Enjoy!
I tried that using all the right tools ... and I destroyed the lens. Do not cheap out, sent out to get fixed properly OR just save the time and aggravation and time and buy another lens.
I would like to have the 70mm backs and Jobo development system like you do, but I do not shoot enough film to go to the trouble. Also I also shoot Portra 400 which is not available in 70mm perforated format.
Regularly people post that the costs of [fill in whatever brand you think is expensive] is priced high because the manufacturer is greedy. That company does not have a corporate goal to make a huge profit nor drain your bank account, they are covering their costs so that they can stay in...
