Send it to KEH and they will take care of it. The lens needed a CLA and the shutter trigger shaft has jammed. I had this happen when I received the 500mm lens. Samys' repair person removed the body for me and KEH CLA'd the lens. I never had a problem again.

Kodak has always stood behind its products. Kodak has great quality control. Sometimes problems slip through quality control. Kodak will replace any bad products as quickly as they can. Every industrial company has these problems. Get over yourselves.
Or use the PrintFile pages that have six rows that hold six negatives each. That is what I do.
