One cannot base any conclusions on photographs that were not taken in a scientific standardize method.
In all these decades, how come no articles are published in any photographic magazines, photographic journals, or photographic internet websites?

When I decided to upgrade from the Mamiya C330 to Hasselblad about eleven years ago was about the time that the professional photographers started trading in their film equipment for digital and I was forced to buy up all the Hasselblad lenses I could at Samys. Even the Hasselblad bodies were...
I do not like shipping peanuts either. I cannot get the shell off them and I find that they lack the crunchiness of roasted peanuts. I tried roasting them in my oven, but they just turned into a sticky mess! If I pour them the trash can, a lot of them end up on the floor.

It depend which camera backpack I use. One overseas trips I will carry a few lenses, while on a trip by car I may carry a large camera back pack and pick out one of many lenses at a place I stop.
Cropping or lack there of has nothing to do with the decisive moment. The moment is captured in the film or in the image area or it is not. Cropping will not in itself make a moment magic.
