I chose the T ED 600 version because of the aperture of F/9. Because I probably have to push the film (HP5) up to 1600 or something for the quick shutter speed. The 700mm has F/16 would probably be to hard to get the shutter speeds. Also the grain would be less in 4x5 than 6x7.
Hello this my first post here. Im currently trying to build a camera for wildlife photography or at least to photograph animals. I didn't test it yet but I have a Nikkor T ED 600mm on a Copal shutter which goes up to 1/125s. I will try to work with that but I am still searching for faster...
