Just a note to say that I enjoyed reading along on this thread. I'm new here and always learning something new. I appreciate the sharing of knowledge.

Now, it’s mostly photographing the seemingly mundane things that I want to remember. Hanging out with my family and friends. I’m interested in growing my skills in film shooting and developing. And making prints is something that something I’d like to do next. But that probably Won’t be for a while.

Hello, I’m based in Seattle. Used to be self employed as a photographer (for about 15 years). Retired from that work and now it’s purely for fun. I still find photography to be fun as ever. And I’m excited to be here to learn and follow my curiosity.

Thanks for mentioning this. At some point, the price of Tri-X got too expensive for my taste so I switched to Ilford HP5+. But now they seem to be about the same (here in Seattle… Glazers store locally) I’ve been looking at some old negs of Tri-X fondly so I think this is good enough reason to...
