So the times must be much longer than I anticipated, will try tomorrow with longer (much longer) exposures. I did colour enlargements on bw paper, it did take more time and did produce lower contrast so I am a bit confused as to why my papers got out white. I will report on the progress
I have tried to enlarge Kodak BNW 400CN in 35mm with black and white chemistry and the paper is completely unresponsive, literally nothing comes out. Is there any way to do it in bw chemistry and papers or is it doomed for colour enlarging?
I am using VueScan and 9000f and I can't get consistent results and the main problem is that I get photos like this one. Anyone knows what I did wrong?
About that minimum, during the last developing I had put 12ml for 300ml (1:25 dilution), it came out good, what's with that loose approach and "rule of thumbs"?
I have a bottle of it and was wondering if it's a one time developer or one dilution is good for one more development? Meaning, if I make some 300ml for one film, is it any good on the second film or do I need to make a new dilution?
