Very cool. Nice night shot. Did you do a couple of these at various times? Or if not, how'd yyou come up with the exposure time? Just curious.

I used my Sverdlovsk 4 meter, took a guess at what I thought the exposure should be, checked the meter, and they more or less agreed! I did take a couple of other shots, relying on the meter, and they all worked out fine too.
