Very well composed, the branches frame the running child perfectly. Rather it was a chance capture, or you talked her into running thru a couple of times, it works perfectly.

There is a manhole cover occuring between two of the trees and it catches the eye. If you make a print you should spot that area down. Otherwise I very much like the shot, because the branches are bare they are more ominous.
