Tree in Path - Print

That's a nice image. I like the very dark shadow to the left of the tree. Interesting to me, what a simple element can add. I like it!

I really like this, Bruce. The light value of the grass behind the tree which holds the largest area of true black makes the composition very strong and effective. Well done. (I also like the virtual mat and frame. I make them too, and I think they contribute to the illusion of seeing an actual print.)

That max black area you mention in the tree trunk holds about 3 tones in the print.

Very, very good Bruce! I like the selectol softness. Might have to try it again myself.
