This is one of a series of still lifes I've been making using stuff lying around my wife's studio. It's too cold and wintry to go out and tramp around the places I'd most like to visit, so this seems to be a good idea. Also...I've never 'assembled' a still life before, let alone such a close up as this, so I'm enjoying the new experience.

The studio...downstairs.

How can I critique this? It's great! I must do some more close up work.

Ok, if you insist... the highlights look a little bit harsh, but maybe that's my monitor.

Thanks guys! I bought several really nice frames with mats for 4.5 by 4.5 images at Target. That sent me right to the C220 and I launched into this series. This web presentation is actually larger on my monitor than the print.
