Nice shot! The streetlights really burn in with a long exposure. Sometimes several lightning flashes will appear. I have wanted to try this too.. too bad I work nights.
 
this is fun to do but not so easy. If the lightning strikes are spaced too far apart the street lights overwhelm the image. i like the suburban sameness to the 50's era houses, it really has a feeling of an old snapshot.
